One of Katrina's personal favorites was her grandmother's gingersnap cookies. Grandma's secret? Fresh, chopped ginger root inside the cookies. We put our own Tone It Up Twist on them. We're officially obsessed with the Blueberry mini cakes from Trader Joes! :) They have 12 grams of fiber, 5 grams of protein, 22 complex, good carbs, 80 calories and only 2 sugars. We topped with a little Stevia ♥
I know this is super dorky too, but we had to!! It was right outside Trader Joe's.
