I've had weight issues since forever! I
have never really been "thin" in my entire life. I was never comfortable with my body and was always scared of weighing myself! Before my marriage I used to constantly keep a check on what I ate and also used to workout. However after I got married (almost 4 years back) I kind of gave myself a "grace period" which started with a week off, but extended to several weeks, months, and years.
