ToneItUp Peanut Butter Bites
If you have been on set with either of us, you know that we bring these everywhere!! It all started after our website launch party, when we made over 400 of these and people just went crazy over them. Here is our original recipe :) YUM!
Peanut Butter Bites
1 cup Natural Peanut Butter (creamy or smooth) (you can also use almond butter!)
1 cup Honey
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup Diced Apricots
1 cup Sliced Almonds
Cinnamon to taste (optional)
Directions:
1) In medium size pot, on lowest heat- warm up the Honey & Peanut Butter until texture is runny. (you are not cooking it, just mixing around until it is smooth)
2) Mix in Apricots, Nuts and Oats
3) Stir until all ingredients are well coated
4) Cool in fridge for at least 45 minutes
5) Roll into small bite sized balls (about 1 tbs)
6) Enjoy!

In the nutrionnal content. the serving says for 3 bites…is that 3 balls or 3 actually bites..we all bite differently..small or big so I find it a bit confusing and would like to have it explained more clearly.
I absolutely love these bars . Are they better as pre-workout snack or post ?

Hi girls,
Just wondering how long all of your recipes stay fresh for? I wouldn’t want to eat something that went rancid because it doesn’t have an expiration. LOVE YOUR VIDS!!! xx
