Now, for your weekend workouts! These next two days are going to be all about YOU.
We filmed a little #VlogforVDay check-in tonight too <3

Saturday, we want you to do 60 minutes of any cardio! Make it fun! You can do your Crush Cardio again or go to a class, walk/jog-- or better yet, ice-skating, skiing or snowboarding! :) Whatever it is-- fit it in!


Sunday ~ Run, walk, swim, elliptical, or bike a 5K!  Count these miles toward your #100byVDay

On Sunday night, head back to the blog to see next week's schedule so you can plan your workouts and healthy meals for the entire week. Planning out your healthy lifestyle is super important, and we've got you covered!

Now for your special Weekend Challenge!!

This weekend we want you to set an hour to love your body!!!  Either on Saturday or Sunday, to pamper, relax and enjoy some YOU time! Take a Bubble Bath, schedule an hour massage, indulge in a mani, get a facial or do your favorite, at home DIY scrub!  Whatever you decide on, make it special! Take time to light some candles, turn on some soothing tunes (we love Angus & Julia station on Pandora or 'Chill') and focus on you.

Need an easy DIY option? Try our sweet & salty body scrub!

We love to make this for smooth, exfoliated skin. It also brings blood-flow to your skin, bringing more nutrients to it

Booty Call® BUZZ
8 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 shots of espresso (you can use coffee or decaf if you want!)
1/2 Chopped Frozen Banana
1 scoop or packet of organic Perfect Fit Protein
6 Frozen Coffee Cubes :) or almond milk cubes!
2 Tbs Chia Seeds
3 Tbs Cacoa
2 Tbs Maca Powder
Blend and Enjoy :)
