It's almost Memorial Day and in celebration of the start of BBQ season, we've teamed up with 5 of our favorite YouTube Channels to create "The Ultimate Memorial Day Menu" just for you. We were in charge of dessert (of course!), so we whipped up our all-time favorite Tone It Up Peanut Butter Balls. Enjoy and Have a Ball™!!

Have a Ball ™
Peanut Butter Balls
This is a fantastic recipe, especially for meal 4 on the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan
1 cup Natural Peanut Butter (creamy or smooth) (you can also use almond butter!)
1 cup Honey
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup Diced Apricots
1 cup Sliced Almonds
2 packets Perfect Fit Protein (adding PFP is optional, the balls are delish either way!!)
Cinnamon to taste - we love lots of cinnamon ;)
Directions:
1) In medium size pot, on lowest heat- warm up the Honey & Peanut Butter until texture is runny.
2) Mix in Apricots, Nuts and Oats
3) Stir until all ingredients are well coated
4) Cool in fridge for at least 45 minutes
5) Roll into small bite sized balls (about 1 tbs)
6) Enjoy!
