Let’s get ready for another amazing week!
There are over 40 days left of summer ☀ fun and we’re getting ready for more sunshine and good times. Stay strong, stick to your workouts and you’ll be feeling fabulous all year :)
For the next few days, focus on adding extra lower body moves and drinking plenty of water! We challenge you to perform at least 30 squats or lunges each day in addition to your scheduled workouts! If you’re at work, school or even at the beach with friends, just take a few minutes during the day to get your blood flowing and your energy up.
Working major muscle groups like legs and glutes helps trim your waistline and increase your metabolism because your body is using more energy! Not to mention, you’ll be looking fine from behind too ;)
This is your Weekly Fitness Routine! Do each of the workouts suggested everyday… it’s doesn’t matter when you do them, just FIT THEM IN ;) If you can, do at least one of your daily workouts as your BootyCall, first thing. Morning sweat sessions get your day started on the right track.
