This morning I went for a 3 mile sand run to start the week. I made the Bombshell spell with grapefruit juice- it was delicious! I was also feeling a little crafty. I whipped up a Perfect Fit Pancake topped with some love & PFP powder :) Karena hit up some yoga… I’m going to need some later this week!
