Summer Slim Workout!

How was everyone’s morning? Did you wake up for your bootycall HIIT workout?  If you haven’t seen your workout schedule for the week, go see! :)  I HIIT the gym this morning for a date with kettlebells, balance core training, weights & heavy ropes. Has anyone tried out the heavy rope training?  It’s fantastic!!!  I did 60 seconds high intensity, 90 seconds low intensity with all of the equipment.  x20

If you want to sneak in 20 minutes of cardio tonight, get to it!!! -k&k This is your PM routine challenge :) Also, take 5 tonight and journal your nutrition for the day.  We of course want you to stay lean clean and green for dinner.  No heavy starches, no more than just a thumbnail of cheese (please :) and no processed food.  All clean foods and unlimited greens!  We’re sautéing tempeh, peppers, quinoa and spinach with olive oil, garlic and rosemary.  DEEELISH!  What are you having?  Share on twitter or facebook!
