Whole Wheat Flax Seed Cranberry Cookies

Kat & I cooked up these yummy cookies over the weekend for a healthy treat!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup ground flaxseeds

1 cup Unsweetend Vanilla Almond Milk

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg

1/4 cup Canola Oil

1 cup Organic or Raw Sugar

2 tbsp pure Vanilla Extract

4 Egg Whites

2 cups Raw Sliced Almonds

1/2 cup Dried Cranberries

DIRECTIONS:

- Combine flax seeds, flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, & nutmeg.

-  In another bowl combine Canola Oil, Vanilla and Sugar.

-  Combine all ingredients and stir in Almonds & Cranberries.

- Make doungh into balls and place on cookie sheet

- Cook for 15 minute at 375 degrees.

- Makes 36 servings
