Milk does a body good?
Many of you have been asking why the ToneItUp diet prefers unsweetened almond milk. It is just a preference but below is a great chart I found on Sixwise.com comparing them. We like Almond milk… almonds are so great for you and having almond milk compared to 1% milk is a 100 calorie difference. If you have milk in your coffee or 8 oz a day that is a 10 pound difference over a year! :) I love doing calculations like that. The ToneItUp diet has you eating enough fruits and vegetables and vitamin C that your source for calcium and vitamin d are not in mainly in milk. Drink up!
