Feta & Cranberry Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

½ pound lean ground turkey

1 egg white

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup low-fat feta cheese

Pepper & Sea Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with clean bare hands.

2. Shape into patties and grill.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve hot with whole-grain buns or Ezekiel bread. Avoid high-fat mayo, try low-fat soy mayo instead, low-sugar ketchup, or mustard. Add lettuce & tomato.
