1 scoop Muscle Milk Chocolate Light
1 scoop Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme Light
1 cup coffee
ice
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached. Top with fresh coffee beans and if you wish a little cocoa powder ;)

Feta & Cranberry Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
½ pound lean ground turkey
1 egg white
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup low-fat feta cheese
Pepper & Sea Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with clean bare hands.
2. Shape into patties and grill.

3 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
4-5oz skinless salmon fillets
