Ready for this? We're going to have some serious prizes for 'before & after' photos... so take those before pics NOW! If you want to send them for accountability to our email address... go ahead. We're taking names and keeping an eye on you! It means you're fully committed to this challenge, even if you want to gain lean muscle, feel like a total beach babe in 8 weeks, lose 15-20 pounds, a few inches or have a total transformation!! Last year's prizes were HUGE, so keep that in mind... we never over promise, we only over deliver amazing rewards for all of your hard work and dedication.
Complete the cardio routine below from our SELF Drop 10 HIIT Routines!! It's melts fat and you'll feel refreshed when you complete it :) If you haven't done yesterday's toning workout... it works the shoulders, back, lower abs, thighs and booty!! See your workouts below...
Drop your wild cards... the extra 200 or 300 calorie snacks you end up eating late night- possibly pizza, ice cream, a huge bowl of cereal or even unnecessary calories. YES, even healthy foods are stored as fat in excess. Don't worry... we'll let you indulge here and there, but you have to promise this if you're fully committing to the bikini series for the next 8 weeks!
Do 2 minutes at level 7 (not sprinting, but 'wow this is tough!!'... Remind yourself; Change is Uncomfortable)
Recover for 2 minutes at a level 4 (jogging or walking at a fast pace, preparing for your next 2 minute of level 7!)
***Repeat 9 times total (make time for a 36 minute cardio routine!)
Remember, Push your limits and you'll have none.
Katrina and I are still in Puerto Rico. We're trying to update as much as possible on facebook! We're shooting the Oakley Women Swimsuit Campaign for Summer '12 and it's been a great time! We have 3 more days and we feel so grateful to be here. Below is a picture of the natural water slide we went down while shooting! We also jumped into mini basins of water :) Lots of pics coming soon!
Tomorrow and Friday we're going to have a BIG nutrition talk with you. Nutrition is just as important as exercise, and as most of you know that are on our TIU Plan, we're all about balance, natural foods and keeping out the disease causing foods that keep you far from your goals.
