Complete last years Drop 10 Fat Zapper HIIT workout ~ Run/jog/cycle as fast as your hot stems will move for 60 seconds, then chill for an easy jog/fast walk for another 60 seconds. Repeat this 10-15 times for a 20-30 minute HIIT workout! You can do this outside, on a treadmill, on an elliptical or stairmill. Go, Go, GO Gorgeous!
