We challenge YOU to sign up for a race!

Repeat after us... 'I L♡VE my Rump' 

For this 'Humps Day' we want you to research a local 5k, 10k & half marathon. Sign up for 1 with a friend!!! You can walk it, jog it- anything! We want you to be out of your comfort zone... remember 'Change is uncomfortable'.
