It can be steady paced jogging or some of your favorite HIIT workouts combined with power walking. Or... it can be on a bike, elliptical or stairmill at the gym. Try out some of these workouts…
- 30 minute jog away from your house, & jog right back!
- HIIT & Shredmill
- Shredmill Workout & Foam Roller routine
- Have a set of stairs? Do this stair workout!
- 30 minutes on two different cardio machines at the gym
- Shredmill paired with cardio
- Spin or Pilates class!
- Yoga class :)
