You new video is out!  The Sunset Workout :)

Since the sun is setting earlier, the days seem shorter & it's harder to get that workout in.

This is a follow along routine that you can do at sundown.  It tones your entire body and really focuses on burning calories, toning the abs, thighs & arms!

Warm up, then start your clock ~ Push yourself as hard as you can during the runs & sprints! Remember, The more sweat, the better!

 

2 Minute Walk (fast)

5 Minute Run

1 Minute Sprint (all out!)

2 Minute Walk (fast)

5 Minute Run

 

Repeat 4 Times for a 1 hour Cardio Blast workout! Record the total distance covered and share it with us :)
