
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1 banana- sliced and frozen!
- 1 tsp stevia (or organic sugar)
- Add 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Blend well!!! Slowly add splashes of almond milk until all is blended and desired consistency is achieved.
Blend half the ingredients with all of the almond milk. When blended, add the rest of your ingredients! Serve as is, or chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Coconut Ice-Cream (vegan friendly :)
- 1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana- sliced and frozen!
- 3 tbs shredded coconut
- 1 tsp stevia (or organic sugar)
- Add 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Blend well!!! Slowly add splashes of almond milk until all is blended and desired consistency is achieved.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice-Cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond
- 1 banana- sliced and frozen!
- 1 tbs organic peanut or almond butter
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp stevia (or organic sugar)
- Slowly add splashes of almond milk until all is blended and desired consistency is achieved.
- *** Top with cocao nibs :)

- 1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin or vegan Kosher gelatin (makes it rich & creamy)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 cups Sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 3 large eggs yolks
- 1 14-ounce can nonfat organic sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen chopped strawberries
- 1 serving Perfect Fit Protein
- Sprinkle gelatin over water in a small bowl; let stand, stirring once or twice, while you make the base for the ice cream.
- Pour 1 1/2 cups milk into a large saucepan. Add vanilla bean into the milk.
- Heat the milk mixture over medium heat until steaming. Whisk egg yolks and condensed milk in a medium bowl. Gradually pour in the hot milk, whisking until blended. Return the mixture to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, until the back of the spoon is lightly coated, 3 to 5 minutes. Do not bring to a boil or the custard will curdle.
- Strain the custard through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean large bowl. Add the softened gelatin and whisk until melted. Whisk in the remaining 1 1/2 cups milk. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
