We’re releasing a NEW Wedding Cardio Routine AND Wedding challenge, it’s going to be a great Tone It Up Tuesday!!
Tonight, take 5 and journal your nutrition for the day! Keeping track of your nutrition is so important to really look at what you're putting in your body each day. Tone It Up Nutrition Plan Members know that using a journal to write out their nutrition is the key to success ~ it helps keep you on track and honest with yourself!

HIIT it ~ The Sweet 16 - Do this routine 2 times through!

Sprint for 60 seconds. On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is the effort it takes to push a button, and 10 is the effort it takes to push across the finish line, aim for 8. Then chill for a minute at level 2. Do 8 time total to put this 16 minute scorcher behind you!
