It's Monday!!  Let's make this week all about you!  Set your intentions every day, know your path, focus on your mood and smile :)  Remember...

This morning I went for a 3 mile sand run to start the week.  I made the Bombshell spell with grapefruit juice- it was delicious!  I was also feeling a little crafty.  I whipped up a Perfect Fit Pancake topped with some love & PFP powder :) Karena hit up some yoga... I'm going to need some later this week!

On to your workouts... This week (just like last) we challenge you to 45 minutes of cardio EVERY DAY!!  We also challenge you to one, 30 minute toning workout per day. If something's sore- say the legs or arms, work a different body part.  We prefer you to work total body with our fine toning method, with an emphasis on certain areas per day.  Choose your toning from below!

You can either do your two-a-days or if you want to combine the workouts to do just in the morning, or just in the evening, that’s cool. As always, it's all about you!  Just make sure you have some coconut water with you :)
