This week we challenge you to 45 minutes of cardio EVERY DAY!! We also challenge you to one, 30 minute toning workout per day. If something's sore- say the legs or arms, work a different body part. We prefer you to work total body with our fine toning method, with an emphasis on certain areas per day. Choose your toning from below!

You can either do your two-a-days or if you want to combine the workouts to do just in the morning, or just in the evening, that’s cool. As always, it's all about you! Just make sure you have some coconut water with you :)

- Any cardio machines at the gym, spin classes or intense yoga!

Every night this week...

Every night... pack a water-bottle for the next day! Infuse it with some fresh fruit or make fruit ice-cubes from your Beach Babe Plan to add to your water. We also love making almond milk ice-cubes for our iced coffee :)
