- Complete your Lean Legs Pyramid
Do this in your living room, at the gym, in school, at the office- we don't care where... Just get it done ;) Ask your friends to join you!!!
- 20 Squats
- 30 Lunges
- 40 Toe touches (head forward, legs straight, bend down & touch your toes)
- 50 Second wall sit!! (sit up against a wall, legs at 90 degrees and hold it!)
- 100 Seconds jumping jacks
- 50 Second wall sit!!
- 40 Toe touches
- 30 Lunges
- 20 Squats
- 100 Tummy Tucks!!
Begin in a plank position, bring one knee to your elbow, squeezing your lower abs and obliques. Alternate sides!
- Complete Your Drop 10 Fat Zapper HIIT workout~ Run/jog/cycle as fast as your hot stems will move for 60 seconds, then chill for an easy jog/fast walk for another 60 seconds. Repeat this 10-15 times for a 20-30 minute HIIT workout! You can do this outside, on a treadmill, on an elliptical or stairmill. Go Go Go Gorgeous!
