Sunday Runday! If you have been a part of the SELF Magazine #DROP10Challenge, you know it's over :( but now you also know how to run a lot further than you ever have before! Don't lose that momentum, go out for a run today.. Run away from home for :20 minutes, then run right back :) see how quickly you can get back to the house, try to beat the :20 minute mark it took you to run out!
We want everyone to run/walk/crawl at least 3 miles today- check-in! :)
