AM BOOTYCALL! We challenge you to a 60 minute bootycall. Set that alarm & wake UP!! Bring some ZICO with you to stay fueled.
It can be steady paced jogging or some of your favorite HIIT workouts combined with power walking. Or... it can be on a bike, elliptical or stairmill at the gym. Try out some of these workouts…
- 30 minute jog away from your house, & jog right back!
- HIIT & Shredmill
- Shredmill Workout & Foam Roller routine
- Have a set of stairs? Do this stair workout!
- 30 minutes on two different cardio machines at the gym
- Shredmill paired with cardio
- Spin or Pilates class!
- Yoga class :)

Happy Hour Friday… on your calendar it says to write something down that you're grateful for, every hour, on the hour!! Jump into your weekend with the right mindset. This will help focus your energy into appreciation rather than expectations. We also challenge you to ask a friend, co-worker or family member to a happy hour workout or healthy cocktail! Ask in a creative way :)
