Happy Tone It Up Tuesday!

This week's Beach Babe Move is The Rainbow.

~This move works the sides of the abs, as well as trims down the love handles and lower belly! We Challenge you to get this move in with every one of your workouts this week, we promise you'll feel the difference right away! Form Tip: keep pressure forward through your hips and bum for total core activation! The slower you perform this move, the more effective it's going to be! Little too tough at first? Try it from your knees and forearms, you'll get there soon!
