Cacao Smoothie

  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Perfect Fit Protein
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs, sprinkled on top
Add first 4 ingredients to the blender and pulse! Pour, add nibs on top and enjoy!

    Did anyone else find the Crop Top workout really challenging? I had a bit of time, so i did each movement quite slow and controlled in order to really tone the muscle and prevent injuries. Although hard, the workout was totally worth it, though! :)

    Hi TIU team!! New to the community and I can’t wait to start. Just wondering – are booty calls to be done every day or only when indicated in the weekly schedule? I know that it’s up to what my body wants and what feels good etc etc, but I’d like some opinions as to what you guys do daily! Much love xx

      Hey welcome! It’s great to get a 20-30 minute Booty Call done first thing in the morning to get your metabolism going. Then you can do the toning workout later on in the day. Depends entirely on your schedule of course, but this way even if the day doesn’t turn out how you planned, at least you squeezed a workout in that morning. So we’re all encouraged to set our alarms 30 minutes earlier everyday for our booty call :)

    Been a little while since I’ve done the Tuesday Fat Burning Treadmill Workout, and I had to modify it as the inclines wiped me out :o More work on that needed methinks, and going to get a checkup as soon as my health card is through too as I don’t feel quite right methinks :s

    I agree with Kate. I do all my shopping for the week before the Weekly Schedule is posted, so I can’t do any of the fun recipe suggestions, because it’s too late for me to get the supplies. I wish the schedule came out on Saturday.
