This past week has been full of love and everything we are thankful for each day! Kat & Brian hosted Thanksgiving for the third year in a row… it has kind of become the tradition :) We are blessed to have all of our friends and family together in one place to celebrate all we are thankful for. We loved all of your #TIUthanksgiving pics! ♡

It was absolutely stunning. Kat did such a beautiful job hosting and decorating… she’s like a modern day, Beach Babe Martha Stewart! She made flower arrangements out of blazing orange roses and cream peonies. Her home was so warm and welcoming for over 20 of our guests!

- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Roll Perfect Fit Protein
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
