Change is uncomfortable! You’re going to be sore… but in ALL the right places. YES… that sexy, slim midsection you’re going to be rocking on the beach all summer long! Lets focus on toning moves that rev up your metabolism ~ this is essential for revealing that tight waistline! And lets keep it lean, clean and green for dinner all week, because as you know, abs are made in the kitchen ;)
Remember ~ We’re also challenging you to 100 miles by SUMMER ☀ Some of you have already blown through your miles… Keep it up! We’re going to keep challenging you, so be ready! When you Check in, tag #100bySummer so we know you’ve got your miles done!

Work in an office? Do 10-15 squats every time you go to restroom ;) Squats work your legs & booty. How do these help your abs? Working major muscle groups burns more calories and when you build more muscle, your metabolism increases! Woo hoo!
