This week it’s all about Cardio, and we’ve got a new challenge for you!! Are you ready? We’re challenging you to 100 miles by SUMMER ☀ Guess what, you CAN do it! Summer is 6 weeks away ~ making it an average of 2.5 miles a day. When you Check in, tag #100bySummer so we know you’re on board :)
What counts towards your 2.5 miles a day? You can walk them, jog, bike (biking counts for 1/3), stairmill, elliptical or swim them (swimming counts for 3x)!!!! Dancing? An hour dance class counts for 3 miles.
Following Tone It Up Nutrition Plan will help you fuel your body properly during this challenge your entire BIKINI SERIES™! It will be so worth it, we promise ;) This can count towards your daily cardio on your May Calendar Checklist ~ Make sure you download your May Calendar here!
REMEMBER ☀ If you slip up, don’t give up! Slip ups make us appreciate when we’re ‘ON’ & in control. They teach us to bounce back stronger.
