This week it’s all about Nutrition and we’re challenging you to GO GREEN everyday! Nutrition is an essential part in reaching your goals and by following this special challenge along with your workouts you’ll be feeling healthy, happy and GORGEOUS once summer is here!
You’re going to focus on increasing your Lean, Clean & Green favorites ~ this will help push out the not so healthy stuff in your diet. Your daily challenge is listed under your daily workouts and we want you to Check in each day when you complete it! This might push you out of your comfort zone a little bit, but change is uncomfortable and we’re all doing it TOGETHER!
Remember ~ We’re also challenging you to 100 miles by SUMMER ☀ Guess what, you CAN do it! It’s an average of 2.5 miles a day. When you Check in, tag #100bySummer so we know you’re fitting it in :)
What counts towards your 2.5 miles a day? You can walk, jog, bike (biking counts for 1/3), stairmill, elliptical or swim (swimming counts for 3x)!!!! Dancing? An hour dance class/cardio class counts for 3 miles.
This challenge so worth it, we promise ;) This can count towards your daily cardio on your May Calendar Checklist ~ Make sure you download your May Calendar here!
Following Tone It Up Nutrition Plan will help you fuel your body properly during this challenge, giving you energy to stay strong for those workouts and during your entire BIKINI SERIES™!
