HIIT it Girls ~ The Inches Eraser.
- Warm up for 3 minutes ~ walk or jog
- Sprint your patootie off at level 8 for 90 seconds (run your heart our girl!)
- Back off for 3 minutes at level 4 while you contemplate your awesomeness.
- Repeat 6 times total before cooling down. Oh, yeah!
Remember that HIIT increases your EPOC! Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption ~ AKA, you’ll be burning calories ALL FLIPPIN’ DAY! You know that warm, fuzzy, glow feeling you get all day? Yeah, that’s it. So don’t be afraid to push hard this morning! Karena and I will be looking for your check-ins on twitter, instagram, facebook and the community!
Tonight, pack a water-bottle for Thirsty Thursday! Infuse it with some fresh fruit or make fruit ice-cubes from your Nutrition Plan to add to your water :) We also love adding frozen mango to our water with some fresh mint!

Take 5 tonight and journal in the community or at home. Write what you want to achieve over the next few days :) Remember what we always say about the weekends~ for every Friday, Saturday & Sunday that you take off from your healthy routine, it can add up to about half of the month!! Enjoy a couple glasses of wine and a good treat, but stay on track so you achieve your goals!
We want you to do 40 minutes of cardio today! Need a routine? We love this one…
- Warm up for 5 minutes
- 2 minutes at level 7 (not sprinting, but ‘wow this is tough!!’… Remind yourself; Change is Uncomfortable)
- Recover for 2 minutes at a level 4 (jogging or walking at a fast pace, preparing for your next 2 minute of level 7!)
***Repeat 9 times total ~ make time for a 36 minute cardio routine!
End the week with your Sunset Workout :)
