It’s time to HIIT it with this awesome High Intensity Interval Training workout!!

The Inches Eraser… Take care of business with this 27-minute quickie.

  • Sprint your patootie off at level 8 for 90 seconds. Then back off for 3 minutes at level 4 while you contemplate your awesomeness.
  • Repeat 6 times total before cooling down. Oh, yeah!
  • Combine this with your Summer Slim toning routine!!

Complete last years Drop 10 Fat Zapper HIIT workout ~ Run/jog/cycle as fast as your hot stems will move for 60 seconds, then chill for an easy jog/fast walk for another 60 seconds. Repeat this 10-15 times for a 20-30 minute HIIT workout! You can do this outside, on a treadmill, on an elliptical or stairmill.  Go, Go, GO Gorgeous!

HIIT It! Wild Engine Revver
  • Do 2 minutes at level 7 (not sprinting, but ‘wow this is tough!!’… Remind yourself; Change is Uncomfortable)
  • Recover for 2 minutes at a level 4 (jogging or walking at a fast pace, preparing for your next 2 minute of level 7!)

***Repeat 9 times total (make time for a 36 minute cardio routine!) Pair this up with your Beach Babe DVD ~ The Long and Lean routine :) Stretch it out and focus on your breath.

Sunday ~ Time to Run it out! Lace your shoes up and head out for a run… It’s going to make you feel awesome and your lungs and legs will thank you! Run away from your house for 25 minutes, then run home! Try to beat your time on the way back ;)
