Last Motivation Monday we challenged you to sign up for a race!! Whether it’s a charity walk, The Color Runs, a Tough Mudder, The Pink Ribbon races, a triathlon for a research fund, a local 5k, a 10k— it can be ANYTHING! Intimidated to do it on your own? Ask a friend to do it with you! We want to know what race you commit to training for. Tell us below! You can find a lot of races in your area at Active.com too.

- Karena trained me for my first Sprint Triathlon and I loved it!! We’re looking for another to do this summer. We recommend this excellent 11 week program- Triathlon Program. If you are challenging yourself to a longer distance triathlon, we love the programs that Beginner Triathlon offers :)
- Going BIG!? Marathon training is VERY INDIVIDUAL and you must listen to your body, but we recommend this training program. Marathon Training
