We’re plugging away on a big launching coming to you VERY SOON!  Did you complete your Bikini Bootcamp workout from yesterday?  Today we want you to complete 3 sets of these moves from your SELF Drop 10- in May’s issue now!

Your BOOTY CALL challenge is the Mojo Maker workout for tomorrow morning… yup, we want you to wake up 30 minutes early.  Run out the door (it can be on a treadmill or elliptical, bike, or stairmill)

  1. Choose an inspiring Mantra- comment below with your favorite!  Ours is ‘Change is uncomfortable’ alternating with ‘I am a Beach Babe ;)
  2. Repeat it with every breath during your booty call
  3. Run at a level 7 for 2 minutes (this is tough, but I’m cruisin this morning)
  4. Then Run at a level 2-3 for 90 seconds (briskly walk and think about your intention and goals for the day)
  5. Repeat between 6-10 times~ however much time you have!
