About a year and a half ago, I decided to make a change. I had turned 22 and my metabolism decided to to back pedal on me. I knew I had to make some better choices. That’s when I discovered Tone It Up!
I was standing in line at Jamba Juice and a “Competitor” magazine caught my eye because the girls on the front (K&K) were so fit and that was my desire! From there, TIU taught me about good foods to eat, how to eat and how to incorporate daily exercise. Well even though I started making changes a year and a half ago, I still wasn’t disciplined in making it a “lifestyle change.”
About 3 months ago I decided to buckle down on my food intake and exercise hard! The first two pictures were taken 12 weeks ago and the last 3 were taken 4 days ago. I went from fluctuating between 170 down to 167 and now I’m a solid 153lbs and still not where I want to be. I have a lot of work to still do, but making a long term change is what my focus is on!
Rosey realized being disciplined means you have to show up all the time (not half!). Half the effort will get you half the results. So it’s no surprise that in just three months, all of her hard work is paying off.
